Debbie made a strategic move to Illustrated Properties Real Estate (IPRE) after having been with Adams, Cameron, & Co. since beginning her career in real estate in 2006. At Adams, Cameron & Co. she was Rookie of the Year then Debbie's success straight out of the gate also earned her a position in the very prestigious Adams, Cameron, & Co. President's Club every year while with them. In 2013 & 2014, she received the Platinum Producer award with Illustrated Properties, the highest level for an agent to achieve. The move to IPRE has provided The Weller Team with additional marketing tools and resources to continue to expand the level of service provided to her customers. In addition, providing international marketing exposure through the exclusive affiliate position with Christie's International Real Estate.
Prior to launching her career in real estate, Debbie built her extensive sales and marketing expertise, working in the NASCAR industry as a marketing executive with the International Speedway Corporation. Her experience includes service at Watkins Glen International (NY), Richmond International Speedway (VA), and the Daytona International Speedway. Her position as Director of Sales and Marketing Partnerships focused on negotiating multi-million dollar deals and servicing individuals as well as Fortune 500 clients. This experience established her dedication to client services and to not only meeting but consistently EXCEEDING her clients' expectations.
Debbie has also worked in the local area hotel and resort industry, giving her insight into the priorities and mindset of visitors to our area who are often key investors in Daytona Beach area real estate.
Real estate has always been a passion of Debbie's, even before it became a career. She has purchased and sold several personal and investment properties, giving her a first-hand point of view into what it's like to be a real estate client.
